Very rude security and very rude staff, we had a delivery at location and they didn't write in the bill that we needed appointment and instead of trying to help us they told us they couldn't do anything, now we have a bunch of pallets blocking other freight. They wouldn't give us their names and just ignored us

I purchased a desktop and it included 24/7 technical support. That is false. I called multiple times during different times of the day and I get sent to a calling service in India. Jacob can’t solve anything for you other than putting in a trouble ticket. Waiting for 3 days and still no call back.

It is so hot in there. And management doesn't seems to care it's not like their working in the heat no one should be working in such an inhumane environment. If a person passes out due to heat exhaustion nothing is done to prevent it from happening again. But if products start to fail due to the heat they start taking preventative measures.
