We've had YAPI in our practice for years now. We love it! It saves our team so much time, it's like having another employee on staff who works 24-7. And we love that they are always adding new features. Love the new Online Scheduling. I was very skeptical signing up for Online Scheduling because I was worried that letting patients self-schedule would be like letting the inmates run the asylum. What I found is that it's easily customizable to only allow the right patients with right insurance plans to schedule. It directs others to call the office. I also found that many patients schedule after hours when the office is closed, so we now have a much higher volume of new patients! We added links to our Yelp and Google profiles, and patients schedule their appointment right after reading our reviews. Turns out that Online Scheduling and Instareview by YAPI are the best marketing expense that I ever made for my practice. Thank you for creating such a terrific software and for the years of excellent customer support.

Has YAPI changed hands? On boarding has been horrible! We are constantly calling them for access and to move ahead in customizing forms, etc. If it wasn't for the written support information we would be no where. Scheduled video training is scheduled time out of our day but could actually be done at our convenience. The videos are poor. Photos of the YAPI screen so small no one can read them. The program isn't up and running so we can get our hands on it as we are training. Have called them 3 days in a row to get our new iPads up and running. Their final solution is to get our IT Company to reconfigure to same network as the server. Hmmm looks like they installed YAPI on our unsecured Guest Network. We are due to go live in 5 days and 3 of those are a weekend. Don't think it can be done. I will update the review as we proceed or not . . . .

YAPI has done what most companies strive to do. Not only do they have incredible customer service, they follow up to make sure our issues are resolved. I love that they are constantly improving their product and actively look to their clients for suggestions and implement them! We LOVE YAPI! It makes patient communication a breeze. We love it for intra-office communication as well. Within a month of starting YAPI services, we had probably 30 patients call and say "Hey! I didn't realize it was time for my cleaning, I need to set that up!" and these were patients that YAPI texted based off information in our system. Our previous system was *supposed* to be doing that, but clearly by the response we got after implementing YAPI, it proved to be superior. We love that we have gained many google and facebook reviews that are initiated by YAPI texting patients after their appt. There are so many features that we are still learning, but we are amazed every day! WE LOVE YAPI!

Having YAPI has transformed our practice from paper-intensive to paper-free which is more important than ever during the time of Covid. We've had the software for years. It integrates seamlessly with Eaglesoft. Their customer service team is very responsive. Very pleased.
