This store saved my sanity. The manager Molly Was able to help me in five minutes what I could not get done on the Phone with representatives for over six hours the day before. I was completely upset when I went in that store but left feeling very good. She continued to help me even after I left the store and was at home that day and into the next day. To say she saved the day for me is an understatement!! I highly recommend this store and this manager.

Customer service is beyond incompetent. I purchased a phone from someone and when activating my service it said my sim was not compatible because the phone was locked to xfinity. I called to get it unlocked and I have a sales receipt and the lady said no it would comprise her job. I need my phone for work so its OK to compromise my job and I'm also out $150 so its a Ramen dinner night for my family, just so xfinity a multi billion dollar corporation sleeps better at night. They are pure scumbags. I will take them to small claims court. I have proof of purchase.

I don't have cable because it's a waste of money and I sure as hell wouldn't get Xfinity they are an overnight priced cable company my clients modem doesn't work they had a problem in his area where he lives where it was supposed to be fix but his modem still doesn't work now Xfinity charges him 20 a month to rent there modem so I told him I would exchange it for him at the store walked in the guy standing there said I had four people a head of me he said it would be about a 20 minute wait i ask him where the next Xfinity was he said about 40 minutes away i ask where that was he said may landing i said it ain't 40 minutes he said yea it is i drive it everyday so i said i hate Xfinity and left went somewhere came back and now I have five people ahead of me this place is crazy so I will sit here for who knows how long to get a modem switch which takes about 3 to 5 minutes but u will spend half the day trying to get it switched I don't understand how people pay this much money to have cable when it's not even worth it I am glad I don't have cable and if I did it sure wouldn't be Xfinity because they charge u for everything and when something breaks u have to wait forever to get someone to help u it's crazy

I went to the store in Rio Grand instead of Mays Landing. I had several bad experiences in
Mays landing. The Rio store was a breath of fresh air. Agent Charles wa very polite and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue in short order and I could not have asked for more.
