I regret to share my ongoing negative experience with WorkLodge. Over a month ago, they charged my bank account for the remaining amount of the contract, and despite multiple requests to their accounting department, I have yet to receive confirmation of my license agreement cancellation. It’s deeply frustrating that they continue to ignore my requests, leaving me to wonder what exactly they’re afraid of.

Let me reassure you, WorkLodge: I am not planning to report you for the way you’ve treated me as a customer—charging me for a full year while refusing to provide a cancellation confirmation and denying me access to the rented property. But this situation is unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone considering WorkLodge, especially those new to developing businesses, to look elsewhere.

There are plenty of alternatives with proper lease agreements, more affordable prices, and far better customer service. WorkLodge has demonstrated not only a lack of professionalism but also an unwillingness to acknowledge their mistakes.

To add insult to injury, when I left previous feedback about their poor handling of my case, they marked my feedback as spam instead of addressing their issues head-on. This speaks volumes about how WorkLodge approaches accountability and customer care.

I absolutely do not recommend WorkLodge to anyone. If you’re seeking a reliable and professional workspace provider, steer clear of this company.

I enjoyed using the WorkLodge space. The place is very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The employees are very nice and accommodating. The whole place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The best part is the security. The doors are always locked and secured so employees and paid/approved guests are only allowed inside. I highly recommend the Worklodge for your business.

The booking process of a conference room was nice and easy with the support of Mary Helen when I needed to modify it due to scheduling changed. We will be neighbors very soon when our office is ready in the same building and we will come back to the Worklodge spaces in the future.

I just moved back to Houston and am looking for a CoWorking space. I tied out WorkLodge in the Woodlands this week. The space was nicely appointed, there were lots of different options from large tables, high tops, smaller tables, couches, comfy chairs, etc. They had a great kitchen where you could make coffee or heat up your lunch. They sold drinks and snacks. Daylon was Amazing and printed a bunch of documents for me. I will definitely be back!

Avoid if You Need Professionalism and Transparency

My experience with WorkLodge has been nothing short of frustrating and costly. From the beginning, I made it clear to their team that I needed a physical office space with a lease agreement meeting the USCIS requirements for my L-1 visa application. Despite multiple conversations, assurances, and a walkthrough of their facility, WorkLodge provided me with a license agreement—not a lease—which did not meet USCIS standards.

Their team was fully aware of my visa requirements, and I trusted them to deliver on what was promised. Instead, they misrepresented a shared office space as a “physical office” and knowingly issued an outdated license agreement. This mistake has cost me my visa opportunity and forced me to withdraw my application, shutting down my business plans in the U.S. entirely. I invested over $20,000 in legal fees and months of effort preparing my application, only to have it rejected because of WorkLodge’s failure to provide the correct type of space and agreement.

Even worse, I never had a chance to use the office. I couldn’t even pick up the access keys or set up any part of my business within their space, yet they still demanded payment for an entire year. Now, they’re billing me $6,080 for the remainder of the contract, with threats of involving a collection agency. Their response to my situation shows they prioritize profit over customer needs, and they lack empathy or accountability for the consequences of their own misrepresentation.

For anyone considering WorkLodge, be extremely cautious and review every part of their contract—especially on page 5, which reveals it’s a license agreement, not a lease. This clause restricts you from subletting or transferring the agreement, meaning you’re locked in with no flexibility. The “office” they advertise as a private space is, in reality, a shared, virtual setup. This is not suitable for visa applications or for any business requiring a legitimate, physical office.

Trust is essential in business relationships, and WorkLodge has abused mine. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, and client support. There are other providers who genuinely care about helping businesses succeed without resorting to misleading tactics. Save yourself the time, money, and headache—look elsewhere if you need a genuine, professional office environment.

My reply: (Unfortunately, I disagree with much of what you stated in your response. I asked for flexibility in the agreement, including a discount or option to cancel after a few months, but your team declined. Despite only using 4 months of a 12-month term, I’ve now been invoiced for the entire year, showing an unwillingness to accommodate my specific needs. The experience does not align with the supportive values you mention, and I find your response misrepresents the situation. Disappointing, to say the least.)

The WorkLodge, Woodlands location, is a wonderful place to have a business! The offices are very nice and the meeting rooms are easily available for use when needed. We are always receiving compliments from our visitors regarding the WorkLodge. The staff (MaryHelen, Day and Michelle) are a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. They are always available to assist with any needs or questions that we may have. It's a great place to work!
