Joe was absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond for me. He completely resolved my internet issue and did everything he could to ensure the problem was addressed. I work 70-90 hours a week and was able to be home to play a little so thanks to him and the representative I talked to this morning, I can now enjoy the next few days I've been off between jobs.

Corey and Joe were so nice and professional. They made sure my mesh system was working properly. Asked if I had questions. Just all around a great company. Had a great experience talking to Curtis where he ensure that wisprenn can resolve the long 2 month service issue we had from setting up an appointment and calming my anger with being out of service. Today Cory our technician came out and gave 110%. Cory was kind and professional checking all possible issues and resolved it in 97 degree weather. I'm a happy customer 😊

They have a pretty good internet connection and it works good enough.. however there office is not always open even until 5pm.. so there is no way I will believe that they are open until 8pm.. right on the door say 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday but there is never anyone there much after 1pm or so.. more than once I have tried to drop off payment and or get questions answered when I was heading into town anyway.. what happens to actually being open at the office at the hours posted on the door
