So I had the wonderful opportunity to do a research for them and I have to say the whole process was amazing easy going and honestly a great to. I want to thank brie for over there she made it that much easier and understandable and even after when I thought I was shorted brie went out her way and said the check in the mail being sent out to you. Easy, nothing crazy to understand and they paid me for my time at a decent wage. So to the research group you guys are awesome and if you ever need my opinion I got yo. 5 stars

The good reviews here are confounding, because mostly everyone I dealt with either ignored my contact or was completely rude on the phone. If you hate your job that much, leave it. The woman running the actual focus group was also fairly condescending and brusque to our specific questions, as if we're to know the full rules of the law as she does, along with these groups tend to draw the most uneducated, dirge of society. Skip Wilkins Research and find a more reputable, kind group.

They are the worse market research that I’ve seen. They make you waste your time doing test check for focus group and then they cancel you without notice and without any pay. I had 3 focus group cancelled in a rol. Always like that… They call you and confirm you to participate and then cancel without any reason. My last focus group with them was scheduled for today 06/17/24. They were supposed to send me a link to access the focus group on the day before. They simply didn’t and no explanation why. Don’t waste your time with this business if they contact you by phone or email. The money looks like good but it’s fake. If you see anything on Instagram or Facebook about Wilkins Research block immediately because they are really scam! There’s no Market Research!

One thing they can be sure of is that it won't stay like this, you will get it back. I'm going to take legal action to put an end to this scam!

I participated in a research group that was supposed to be 7 hours long. I had to use the restroom so I quickly left and when I came back after only 2 minutes, I found that I was kicked out of the session and wasn’t able to join again. I tried contacting them but was left on delivered. No explanation was given. I spent my entire morning on this, just to be removed from the study. After reading all the negative reviews and having my own awful experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing this even if it pays well.

I participated in a jury focus group conducted by Wilkins Research and found it to be an interesting and enjoyable experience. It was professionally run, the people were friendly and we were compensated as promised. These folks are legit and if given the opportunity I would not hesitate to participate in any future studies. It was fun!

Recently, I was selected to participate in a focus group that was for three days. It was done in a professional manner, I really enjoyed the experience. If you're ever selected, I would highly recommend you take part. They are totally legit, don't let anyone else tell you otherwise and you do get paid in the form of an electronic gift card.
