Just switched to WildStar. So far, connection is great. Too soon to speak on long term reliability. What I can say is that the customer service in setting the whole thing up was phenomenal. I was actually able to talk to real people. From my area. Installer was also top notch. Good dude named Tyler. He was properly communicative, extraordinarily friendly (especially for us being his last job of the day) and knowledgeable of his trade.

Jason came out and hooked our service up quick, quietly and professionally! He was super nice and patient with my very curious toddler.
