They need to be more polite for sure. These are some cocky people who need to be more respectful. You work in customer service yet you do not know how to act over the phone. as well as they shut my water off with no notice and all bills are paid up in full. There's an apparent leak on my property in the water meter and they gave me no notice of water being shut off of anything of that nature. Just shut my water off and had me calling all around to figure out what is going on. The water is still not on and no one has contacted me. Honestly very rude service just shutting off your utilities when they are all paid for on time... No notice or anything.... Very unprofessional

The people who answer the phone are still incredibly rude and try to cut you off mid sentence and talk to you as if you're stupid. They did not send out emails regarding the utility total for the month. So I called and said I never received an email, like I have been the whole year i have been renting our house, and she just spoke as if I was stupid and I was the problem. Y'all need to revise the customer service aspect of this city hall and learn how to talk to people. They have a desk job and act like they're way too busy to answer a call and talk to someone. This place is highly unprofessional, trying to hurry you up and get you off the phone..

The lady was VERY rude, cut me off while I was talking and had a terrible attitude the entire time. She needs to learn some customer service. Anyone I ask says everyone that works there is just rude.
