I had screwed up my laptop by dropping a bit of water on it and it had just entire stopped working, or so I thought. I tried diagnosing the problem myself, and there wasn't any burnt smell, so I brought it in and Josh was able to test it and figure out it was just the keyboard shorting that had been the issue. He managed to find a replacement, fixed it up, and it works perfectly fine now. It was, thankfully, a small issue, but I still really appreciated how much care he put into figuring out the problem and returning my laptop good as new. Would definitely recommend this place if you've got a problem you can't quite seem to solve yourself!

I had a small minor soldering to do on a fob. Unfortunately, the fob is well known to be problematic. He fixed what needed to be done but a mishap broke another part. He fixed both and didn't charge me. I was quite impressed how responsible he was to spend time fixing it when he was quite busy with other projects. Definitely will return to use his services.

This is the ONLY repair store I will be coming to as long as they are in business! Brought in a DSLR Camera, even though it wasn't on their normal repair list. I expected about $150 in repair costs, and 5 day fix time.... these legends called me back an hour later to pick it up at a FRACTION of the cost of every other shop in the area. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!!

Incredibly professional & knowledgeable shop!!!!!
I was a walk in after dropping my phone and I had another replacement I wanted to transfer all the data from old phone to a new one but since the phone was broken I wasn't able to use the screen at all, I did first go to my cellphone carrier & they said there was nothing they could do to help. I was heartbroken because majority of my pictures weren't backed up as soon as I walked in to What'd You Break I was greeted right away and as I was explaining my situation a solution was already being figured out even before I finished my sentence (extremely knowledgeable). My phone was then connected and I was able to access through their comp. I was then able to transfer all the data to the new replacement phone & got all my pictures!!!!!!
Such an excellent customer service and with extremely fair pricing. I will only use their shop for all electronic repairs going forward. We have a gem in Marina and it is called "What'd you Break". Thank you for all the great work you do!!!!! Cannot recommend them enough!

Incredibly professionally run repair shop. I brought in a broken Nintendo Switch on a Monday just before close, and after a free quote, they were able to fix it and have it back to me by Wednesday morning. Fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I will only use their shop for all electronic repairs going forward.

Excellent service. I explained my PC issues and was given instructions on how to solve them. Problem was fixed, free of charge, didn't need to leave my PC at the shop. Very genuine, humble, and generous. Recommend to anyone looking for answers to their tech issues.
