Broke my secondary clutch rollers and helix on Saturday while riding down south. Pulled the part off, brought it home Sunday. Called these guys up on Monday December 23rd around 10:30am, got voicemail, figured they were closed for Christmas, couldn't be mad about that. So I didn't leave a message, figured I'd call back after the holidays, NOPE, got a call back that afternoon. Told them my problem. Hooked me up, got me in christmas eve morning, and got it taken care of for me that day! I couldn't not appreciate these guys more. I can not tell you guys how sorry I am for it being Christmas Eve. But I want to thank you all publicly for the response time. Workmanship. And most of all customer service. 10 stars if I could. Was recommended by a friend with a similar can am x3. Will definitely bring the machine in in the future for my primary clutch upgrade as well as a tune. I RECOMMEND 1000 times these guys for your work!!!

Purchased WS200 Tune for my x3, Not knowing what monster it will unleash lol.. Also I had few question about the clutch setup, they answerd all my questions within hours i had everything ready to go. Recently I need it tune revision because i switched to pdrive clutch, Again Joseph responded right away, and took care of it. Thank you ..

Had a full build done. Drop off was October 11th, was told the build should be done first or second week of November. Got my car back December 11th, so about a month and a half past the finish date. But in that time there were able to get their shop cars buttoned up and a full wrap, I believe they also got a shop CanAm and were able to play with that, pretty sweet. During this time never received one call updating me on progress, as the customer you shouldn't have to babysit to make sure your vehicle is being worked on and to get some progress info/pics.

Got the car back and the serpentine belt that came with the car which was cracked was put back on. So, had to take it back and pay labor and parts to have a new belt put on. Had the car back in my possession for about 5 months and had 4 tune revisions....

On the bright side the gauge wiring by Joey was very clean and couldn't have been done better!

Had an appointment on June 19th, never dropped the car off. Have not heard from them. Seems to be the trend with WSRD sadly....

These dudes are awesome. I didn't even buy anything from them, but they sell the same kit I had questions about but couldn't contact the seller to answer. They spent 30 minutes with me on the phone explaining it to me and didn't ask for anything in return. I'm going to buy stuff from them in the future based solely off this experience! 10/10 highly recommended!

I purchased a tuner and kwi clutch kit. Along with some other items from these guys. They are all installed. However, I have not yet taken my rzr out. I have called 3 times to ask different questions, and each time, they called me back and spoke with me. I can't say enough about how good their customer service is. I'll continue to buy from these guys!

These guys are great I have purchased many parts and aftermarket kits from them their customer service is second to non if I ever need anything weather it’s tuners or turbo kits these guys will be my first option had some simple questions others couldn’t answer I asked them the same simple questions and got back simple answers !!!! Dylan helped me out and I didn’t mind spend hundreds of dollars because i knew what I’m spending my money on ,other utv stores couldn’t answer my questions! Thanks Dylan and the TEAM @whalenspeed great work great customer service have shopped here for years and will continue too !!!
