New owner was very friendly and hospitable. He even brought us a bowl of popcorn as we sat down. Looking forward to their completed transition, as the place seems dingy and poorly lit. The menagerie of sofas and mirrors makes the place look like a garage sale or indoor flea market. Sofas are ok, but they should be nice, clean, and possibly match each other. It looks like things were just thrown in there, haphazardly, hoping they would stick. Honestly, for a space that has only been open for 4 years, it seems rundown. I see the positive changes in the front room with the fresh paint. I do like the new theme and I think they will do great things with it. As for the beer, it leaves much to be desired. I liked the pineapple one, but all of the rest were hard to drink. The Cape Haze I couldn't even finish and left more than half a taster, which is something I rarely do. I haven't written them off yet, as I will give them more time to transition to their whale/ocean theme and possibly tweak their brews a bit. The new owner did say there was a lot of work to be done, so I'm hopeful they will turn it into a nice taproom. When that time comes, if warranted, I will come back and change my review. 👍🏼 on the friendly staff/owner and the logo, but the rest needs attention.

Edited to add after a private message from the owner's father: I will not be returning to this brewery to see what great changes they will make, even though I was looking forward to doing so. I have also lowered my rating to a 1 star. Can I get a refund on the 2 shirts I bought? Looks like they'll become gardening shirts, as I will no longer wear them in public.

Please learn how to handle constructive criticism and not try to bash someone else's profession as a knee-jerk response. Best of luck to you in the future.

What a great spot to hang out. Great space and beers to match. Went with the grandkids before Christmas. The space was all decked for for the holiday. The adults were able to relax a minute and the kids got to see Santa. They pulled some percussion instruments and the kids had a great time dancing and eating cookies. We will definitely stop back hopefully when there is some live music as I really liked the stage setup. If you’re in the area make it a point to stop in for a cold one.

Great brewery! Owner Teddy is a super nice guy and brewer Justin makes great beers. Lots of brews on tap to choose from and lots of fun events throughout the year. They also have a mug club which I advise checking out. Overall just a fun place to visit. Also it is pet friendly.

Came across this little place tonight. It was very cute inside; good beer & the employee; I don’t know his name 🙁 but he was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be coming back & bringing others with me ☺️❤️🍻

My daughter likes it here and made me promise not to rip them. The menu read that my beer came in a pilsner. It came in a tulip. I think I lost out on 2 oz of beer. I switch to 'Back the Blue.' Pints, $6 and we supporting the police I guees it all worked out in the end. Very nice selection of beers. There at least 4 different beers I liked.

On my list of Breweries while visiting Cape May, NJ. The service and beer selection were excellent. First responder and law enforcement decor adorn the inside of the brewery walls. Nice to see a place honor those that have served. I was expecting more of a Court House feel or vibe. I actually wasn't sure if they were open upon first approach. Brewery is located in a garage but worth the visit for the tasty brews.

Amazing spot! They’re brewing some amazing beers, along with lots of very cool experimental beers. Head brewer Justin knows his stuff and is pushing the limits of brewing. Chill, fun, and family atmosphere.
