So far my experience with Western Dental hasnt been great. But i was recommended to office and by far they surpass my expectations. To start, all the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Siu was amazing and very knowledgeable. And the office manager Lumey, was so friendly and very professional. She explained with detail what my insurance cover or didn't cover and told me what finances were available to me. Definitely recommend this office

Careful when financing braces here I finance braces here for about $5000. I got a promotion in the mail saying if I was to pay half fully they will clear the rest of the balance so I did paying $2500 and now I get letters in the mail saying that I’m past due that I still have a balance. I reached out to their financing department and they tell me that it just hasn’t processed in the system yet, when I’ve paid since September 2024 and it is now January 2025 still receiving letters. I hope this doesn’t mess with my credit because if it does its not gunna be pretty.
