bought a new laptop for my wife. called Matt and he took care of setting it up for her. very reasonable price and excellent service. i support Matt's business because he's a veteran and he's good at what he does.

update 4/24: Matt has taken care of my pc's, laptops, etc for a few years and the work is always very good. pricing is very reasonable and he makes housecalls........this guy is good!!

Matt did a great job bringing my PC back to life. When he got to it, it wouldn't even turn on, but he got into the intimidating mess of wires inside and figured everything out. He knows his stuff and even optimized my PC when he was done with it. Very happy.

Matt is awesome! Be fixed my screen in a very timely manner and didn't charge an arm & leg like other tech repair shops. If you live in the west valley and need computer help, Matt is it guy

If I could give a negative rating I would. Matt's customer service is beyond unprofessional. Both my computer and laptop had issues.
Matt did determine the computer was not worth fixing, but could fix the laptop. He ordered the parts, but could never connect with him to get it fixed. Had my computer for 2 weeks and would not respond for me to be able to get it back. Told me to drop my computer off at the UPS Store, but then would give me an excuse why he could not pick it up, after we had a specific plan in place. Had to threaten to call the police, in order to get my PC back, which resulted in my laptop never getting fixed. I would steer clear of this company. Poor communication & sketchy customer service.

Matt is excellent. He's helped me out a few times with computer repair and saving data from busted hard drives. He's affordable, very fast (did a full hard drive replacement in less than a day) and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Was not going to write a review because usually i try my best to help small business to get started and hopefully grow into something great, but i got a email asking for a review. I had him do some upgrades for my computer and the first initial call was a little awkward but i figured maybe he was new to being a owner so i gave him a shot. There was three things that weirded me out which is the reason why i gave him a two star. One, he asked if i wanted this "west valley tech antivirus" on my computer i figured hey why not i didn't do any research on anti viruses yet so i will try that. So after installing that a buddy of mine recommended a different anti virus for me so I tried to delete his and it kept saying unable to due to files corrupted. So had my buddy come over and he got it fixed and figured out the problem. Just a caution don't buy his west valley tech antivirus. Second, was his demeanor and attitude like a child, very unprofessional if you don't do what he wants and or question what he is doing. I just feel his maturity level isn't up to what a owner should be like. Third, but last which isn't a huge deal but just something that made me feel uncomfortable. He didn't have a shop so had to drop off at a UPS store and would just come by your house even when I told him I would meet him at a location. I didn't think that was good ethics to just stop by someone's house because you can. I wish him the best and i hope he does mature and his business does become amazing, but this is just my two sense.

The techs there are very and helpful. I received excellent tech support for a WiFi adapter issue over the phone. Even though the fix itself wasn't easy, the technician, Matt, gave me a very thorough and helpful breakdown of what needed to be done and solved my problem painlessly. I would definitely recommend.

Long story short. After Matt said there was nothing wrong with my laptop, he suggested a new router. We purchased a router from him, he installed it.
Since there was absolutely no improvement we called Cox. The Tech from Cox said the router was too small. So now he replaced the router and a new modem. Well folks it was the Explorer that was causing problems, after all.

So now it was not just the cost of Matt's services, which solved nothing, but 2 new routers & modem, and now paying for faster speed.

One of my sons took care of the problem via remote.
