UPDATE ADDED 2/29/24: Still not getting any replies. There is never anyone answering the phones and the message machine says they are working remotely. I have been passed over for grant classes, workshops, and so much more. Why am I not able to participate? I was called and told my application was accepted but then I was not selected for the class. Others who have been in grant classes already were selected over me. This company seems to pick and choose who they accept. I thought this was a non-profit for community members.

I'm sorry to have to put this review because I had high hopes that I'd at least get a reply from this business after several requests for them to follow up with me on the next step of services. I signed up, went through orientation, attended the capital summit meeting with my business plan in hand, and continued to stay in contact for the next phase of their services. Since then, NOTHING. I've tried to get a reply from the person I'm supposed to be working with, was told I was being referred to another person, still haven't heard back. I was told to "Get a business plan" so I did, I worked tirelessly to pay off a plan writing team to get this step done and now West Business Development center has dropped me. Why? It's been since last September 2022. We're now in April of 2023. We're almost closing in on a year of NO REPLY. Terrible experience.

These people can't help you. Unless you have no idea how to use your phone, witch you wouldn't have been able to find this post. But the good news is, you can do it on your own if you try. Good luck.
