I have been working with Webgility for about a year now. Their service team is top notch and I always get my issues resolved right away. I would say the downside is that the application itself is not very intuitive and sometimes it takes me a long time to figure out how to make something work because I have to look through so many setup screens. But now I've learned to just call their support and they get everything setup and working correctly right away!

My experience with tech support today was he best I've had in three years with Webgility. The support person Aditi was very friendly and calm and easy to work with. I have had some challenges in the past with other Webgility issues, but her help today was outstanding and resolved the error I was receiving from the program today.

Customer service at Webgility is top notch. I can always get a person on the phone quickly and without having to jump through hoops. The support staff is knowledgeable and I don't think I've ever spent more than 5 minutes on the phone with them before my problem is solved. I've been using the software for about 10 years now and never have issues. When I do need to contact support it's because of a change on my with a new computer, newer version of quickbooks etc.

We have been using Webgility and Quick Books for approximately 9 months. Our experience with the system and Webgility's support has been very good. When we have questions their support is available and very competent. We previously had another unnamed third party system that was terrible and the support was even worse.

Our company recently integrated Webgility. It has worked out really well processing our orders from Amazon and E-Bay. Our representative Faizan Sheikh has been such a good teacher and patient with us. It has been very easy to learn. I would definitely recommend this product.
