Not sure how you can screw your scheduling up so bad that you end up with no pharmacist on site and probably won't have one for the rest of the day. This is after was told the day before " the pharmacy is super behind so it'll be 2-3 hrs longer". Needless to say never got a text or anything after those 2-3 hrs.

My wife ordered over 100 pictures. We went in to get them . Many had people cut out of picture or in half. When we questioned it the tech said can only print what we get. The. Why are they whole on camera. Tech said " it is what it is " manager came and was very cold. My first and last time in this horrible store

Hold different standards per customer. Absolutely rude staff. Horrible customer service. Head pharmacists lady thinks WAY to highly of herself. For being in the medical field these people have ZERO compassion. Wish i could go elsewhere.

My mom went into the pharmacy to get allergy medicine and didn’t remember the name so she called me. The lady she was talking to behind the desk treated her like she was stupid and was being super rude to her. I’ll go to Walmart from now on.

Almost 1 hour holding to talk to anyone in the pharmacy. There has been 1 person ahead of me for over 45 minutes: Y’all are rude and need a better call system. Ridiculous!! and the girl name Kaitlyn or whatever her name is is absolutely rude. If you don’t like your job leave girl you don’t talk to customers that way.

AWFUL service. It is always an ordeal any time I need to fill a prescription here. I had 2 prescriptions called in at 10 am and called the pharmacy to get an update. I waited for 30 minutes (only 2 callers ahead of me) just for the pharmacy tech to say it will be another hour. I will have waited a total of 5 hours for two prescriptions by the time they “will” be ready. Pharmacy tech was rude and didn’t seem to care about the wait times.

Last time I ever use Walgreens.
