Had a break in to one of our units and our bay door was destroyed by the thieves. Vortex doors not only came out fast but their service was above and beyond. Now a days finding decent customer service with a good attitude is rare but ray and Joey were awesome those guys deserve a raise! We had an issue with the roll down doors over the weekend since we had the earthquake. The technicians that were out here Joey & Matt which did a great job in getting this issue fixed. Out access panel is hard to get into and Joey made it work by crawling into that space and getting it fixed.
