I can only say amazing company, they did extremely complex work (setting fiber trough middle of forest , wiring house , setup of wifi ) perfectly on schedule and with one best customer service I have ever seen . Yep, price maybe higher than urban areas , but having great internet in Volcano service area with sparse population cannot be cheap - as matter of fact , their expense per customer are order of magnitude higher than same service in dense urban area . I strongly recommend Volcano!

Horrible phone and DSL!! I work from home and the Internet goes out at least 10 times a day. All I get from them is unplug the router and re-plug! The only reason I we have Volcano is because they have it locked down in this area and no one else can come in and offer better service!

Expensive -- because you have to get a land line just to get DSL. But not much other choice up in the mountains for internet access. One good thing -- you can turn it off if you're going to be away for a couple of months.
