We have been working with Vital Interaction for about a year now. The program is great and has helped my workload with patients a ton but if we have an issue or a question about anything at all, support has not been the best. It takes weeks to months along with an email or two a day to get a reply back. When I have called myself to talk to support I have always ended up with someone who has no answers and tells me support will get back with me via email (which never happens or happens a month or two later after I have taken it upon myself to email them multiple times) Ive seen reviews where support has been great. I wish that were true in our situation.

Edit from 2 star to 4: My new account manager, Kurt has reached out to me and apologized for lack of communication, I do appreciate how quickly he wanted to resolve any issues we were having, hoping in the future communication will not become an issue. Thank you Kurt!

Vital Interactions is the best software company I have ever worked with in my long career. Vital Interactions is an innovative company that is always willing to develop new functionality. It is obvious they value their customers suggestions and challenges. They get excited about working with us to find solutions to patient engagement and communication issues. They recently helped us automate the referral process and it has been a real game changer for our practice. We are working on a new project to embed educational videos into the patient reminders. Sending reminders, automating the referral process, and providing patient education enables us to keep our schedules filled and keeps revenue flowing. The ROI for the product is substantial.

The customer service is phenomenal, they respond right away. They have a robust on-line training module however, if you call them, they will take the time to answer any questions. During a snowstorm last year, I called them on a Sunday because I could not remember how to send out a blast notice to cancel clinics. Joey called me back on a Sunday during a snowstorm and walked me through the process. I don’t know any other company that would have responded over the weekend!! Vital Interactions is a nimble company that has the creativity, vision, and talent to develop workflows and functionality that is truly meaningful to medical practices.
