I feel as though the recommendation for a Canon copier was a good one. In the beginning I felt customer service was great, however; once the contract was in place it was not as good. Our delivery date was postponed twice, yet still, I understand things happen. The point at which we felt we possibly should have gone with a competitor was upon delivery. We were told that we would have training (understandably a brief one) on the new copier. Once it was delivered we were told how they were running really late, and someone had to be somewhere by a certain time. Our time would be cut short...very short. I feel we should not have been inconvenienced about something that was clearly not our fault. At the end of the day, the product is good, customer service to get that sale is good, but not such a great experience at closing. I would have felt our purchase was much more appreciated had we gotten the same treatment as we did in the beginning. I would be more likely to use our hometown competitor in the future, as I feel customer service would have been consistent.
