Nothing but praise for the amazing team of Miss Akia and Mr. Leonard. Akia is a very lovely , sweet and kind hearted customer service person. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and RESPECTFUL. She puts you at ease and does her job with great enthusiasm. As for Mr Leonard, he is hands down one of the BEST Phlebotomist I have ever had, he is quick, knows what he is doing and NEVER leaves a bruise. I will continue to visit this location because they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Virtua!! Please acknowledge these individuals, they really are special. Everyone was kind and friendly especially Akia and Leonard. I needed blood drawn and was pretty tense because I am always a hard stick. Leonard was amazing and was able to draw my blood on the first stick. I hardly felt it and no brusing. I appreciated his calmness.

Akia and Leonard are very efficient at what they do very nice personality and take the stress out of getting bloodwork done very satisfied with this current team as I have been getting blood drawn 2-3 times per month for the heart house keep up the great work

Not only the new check person Camryn was a nice touch. But Leonard is the true reason why I made my appointment. Even other hospital workers give their praises to Leonard. The best needleperson in New Jersey hospital and other blood drawing establishments.
