I can not say enough about the wonderful care I receive every time I come in for my infusion appointments. Caryn and Sue are always so accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. Sue, in particular, greets me every visit with a warm smile, and her kindness and attentiveness really make a difference. Sue always ask if I need a blanket, anyting to drink, or a lunch (I visit at lunchtime)!

Caryn is also so fantastic at what she does—when she sets up my IV, she's always so gentle, and it never hurts. Her skill and compassion really stand out.

From the moment I walk in, the experience is so positive. The front desk receptionist is friendly and welcoming, and all the techs in the back are just as kind and attentive. It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about the patients, and it makes a world of difference.

The staff overall is wonderful regardless which day of week that is scheduled, but Sue is a dream technician. She is always moving around and helping us and so many people. She always does above and beyond for every patient or family member during our time scheduled. She knows just what you need, she is quick, and is very efficient with her time. She is definitely a high value add to the already wonderful staff.

I came in today for my first treatment. I had Sue DePietro as my technician and Karen Knauss as my nurse. They both were super nice and helpful. They made me feel so more at ease because I was super anxious when I walked in the door. They made me feel very comfortable and attended to all my needs swiftly and always with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who had a reason to come here.

I’m a 26-year-old female and have been suffering from POTS for five years. I also deal with severe anxiety, especially around hospitals and needles, due to medical PTSD from being mistreated in the past. Going to Virtua Infusion Center in Voorhees is truly a breeze for me, and my anxiety never affects me when I’m there.

Caryn Perlmutter and Sue DePietro always make me feel so comfortable. As soon as I walk in, I ask the front desk if Caryn can do my IV because she’s like a magician—she gets the needle in effortlessly, and it doesn’t hurt at all. After so many traumatic IV experiences in the past, I still can’t believe how easy she makes it. The best part is that during the two hours I’m there with the needle in my arm, I barely feel it. I can move my arms without any pain or discomfort—it’s like the needle isn’t even there!

Sue is equally amazing. She always asks me what I need, brings me warm blankets, and makes sure I have plenty of food. The entire staff goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, like I’m at home. They don’t treat me like an annoying or burdensome patient, which is how I often feel in healthcare settings—they treat me like a human being they’re happy to have there. I always feel so safe and cared for at this center, which is more than half of the healing to me.

I highly recommend Virtua Infusion Center - Vorhees to anyone, especially those with medical anxiety. They have truly made a huge difference in my treatment experience, and I am so grateful I found them.

Caryn Perlmutter and Sue DePetrio as , well as all the other people are wonderful Caryn has been doing my infusions for
Years. I have a multitude of ailments but I can always count on her for getting my vein on the first try. The ladies in the infusion center are a great team. I call my infusion my “spay day”. It is one thing that I can look forward to during my 52 years of Crohn’s disease. Thank you

Sue D. is very nice. The RN risked my life. I am getting IV antibiotics with a picc line. She hooked me up WITHOUT GLOVES AND NEVER WIPED THE CONNECTOR WITH ALCOHOL. This is not ok and could give me an infection right to my heart.
