As a business owner in the CRC for over 25 years, I am extremely happy with the facilities, staff and opportunities. We recently attended an after-hours mixer sponsored by the park, and it's just one of many activities the CRC does to get innovative, technology-based companies talking to each other. The park does a great job of fostering our connection opportunities, both inside the park and the surrounding region.

VTCRC has everything from office suites to coworking spaces to shared lab facilities and more. Yoga, a fitness center, a chiropractor, restaurant, events/programming and more add to the value of the park. Great place to work!

Very clean and always plenty of parking where I need it, everyone is very kind and polite and the surroundings are amazing.

There is a pond with a nice fountain behind the building and to its side there is a nice walking trail and a beautiful park that the trail goes around, there is also plenty of Frisbee golf courses in the area to play at that are never crowded.

The pond has a shelter with a picnic table under it, very nice for eating with friends or family.

You can see the highway in the distance if you look for it, but it's not distracting and you can't hear any noise from it.

Overall very clean and pristine building with great tenants and beautiful surroundings year round too.

Beautiful, quiet, and idyllic. An on-site cafeteria, gym, and doctor's office means you have most everything you need nearby. Lots of short walking trails and a few covered areas to enjoy, as well as plenty of green space and volleyball courts to help you keep active.

Virginia Tech's CRC is clean and well designed. There is plenty of parking and several biking / walking trails too. I definitely recommend businesses in Blacksburg to look into the CRC.

Planning to have a quaint place to conduct your research and explore yourself, take up some work or find some other way to come to the CRC ! It has absolutely no disturbances, although the number of vehicles is pretty much as compared to the population of the town, you can still hear the birds chirp, rabbits scurrying by.

A clean, professional, and affordable place to work. They are extremely accommodating to space requirements. The staff is on top of things and really easy to work with.
