Disappointed with Lack of Support and Integration Challenges

We had high hopes for VinCUE, but unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. The integration process was far more challenging than anticipated, and the support we received from the VinCUE team fell short of expectations.

From the start, it felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, the support team was unresponsive or unable to provide clear solutions to the issues we faced.
