We love working with Internet Creations and have been with them for many, many years. They are always there when something comes up and are able to jump right in to figure out the problem and a solution. We have the trust that our technology and supporting IT infrastructure is being monitored, running efficiently and that our staff are supported with any technology issue that comes up. I have worked as Simon Liu Inc in Brooklyn NY for seven years as a production / operation manager.

Internet Creations has been our IT company with Mike Matthews being the person I dealt with regularly, some times two to three times a week.

During these seven years we had to deal with one relocation (and having to dismantle the whole network and reassemble it at the other end) and then, overall thru the years deal with setting up new PCs, new routers, add / delete email accounts, physically run Ethernet cables and connect to devises, replace switches, add/delete printers, update software, deal with QuickBooks, squash bugs and in general all things that can and will go wrong (and will need assistance from someone knowledgeable).
Recently we also joined the “cloud” and the transition was flawless. Nothing was interrupted during that process.

I have dealt directly with Chad Meyer (the owner of the company) whenever our contract would come up for renewal, or whenever they introduced changes to their services that he had to make us aware of.
He was informative, knew the product and could answer all relative questions.
Was a pleasant interaction.

Where the company has shined was thru Mike Mathews.
He has been the familiar and friendly voice I have turned to again and again for assistance / solutions, making himself available immediately (depending on the urgency of the problem) OR even before / after our business hours when it was needed.
Whatever the IT issue was (and anyone with a network and computers knows there are always issues) he had the answers and the know-how to fix them..... And he did.
Oh yea..... even integrating a Windows98 into the mix, as one machine we had was running on an old Windows.

Any company is as good as their employees...... Internet Creation is a good company because has knowledgeable and polite people.

There isn't ANYTHING negative to say about the company, and only praises for Mike Matthews.

We recently installed Simple Survey to assist with our 2018 initiative of providing World Class Service to our clients, as we were specifically looking to get started with an NPS Score.

The app was incredibly easy to install and set up. We achieved basic functionality in less than a few hours and could've left it there without issues.

Impressed, we then wanted to integrate some of our own website landing pages into our surveys and contracted the Internet Creation's team to assist with this custom work. We asked them to rush the job (over Christmas no less) so we could be fully live before 1/1/2018. Well, our company had 1/1/2018 as a day off but the IC Team solution was ready before then and when we launched on 1/2/2018 everything went perfectly.

Big shout out to Dan who assisted us with the custom work, and Howard who provided a walkthrough of the Customer Community. We are already creating surveys for our events and marketing teams to use in conjunction with our NPS scoring.

You are unlikely to find another app that's easier to work with or a better support team. This is a no-brainer!
