After having windows and new a/c unit installed I have been ghosted by this company. My ac unit is malfunctioning and currently under warranty and Vezina will not get back to me as promised to have a technician come and fix the unit. When they do answer they will simply say “ I will get back to you today”. And after waiting for days still no response. From what it seems like they want run out the clock on labor warranty so they simply ignore you. But when you are a potential new customer their entire team is there for you front and center eager to help you only to ghost you after they have your business.

Installation went great in October 2023 of my brand new HVAC unit. Friendly interactions throughout installation. Six months passed and I called to get a service done on my unit because the HVAC wasn’t working properly. I was told to contact the Technician who installed the unit. I reached out to the Technician and was told he wouldn’t be able to come until two weeks later. All during the summer my HVAC unit wasn’t functioning properly. Now my unit isn’t working at all. Tried calling and the phone keeps ringing.

A few years ago I hired Vezina Industries to replace our sliding door, it was old, heavy and very hard to open/close. It is also taller than the usual size. They did a great job and the experience with them was fantastic from start to finish! The crew that came out was on time, polite, cleaned after themselves and best of all, I’ve had ZERO issues with our door.

Recently my husband noticed that the attic insulation in our home needed some serious attention because one of the rooms had ZERO insulation over it, which explained why one of the rooms in our home was always hot during the summer and cold during the winter months. Our AC was not able to keep up and was working alll day long!

We were happy to have the Vezina crew come back out to help with this as well and they exceeded our expectations! They came out early in the morning, were on time, polite, and finished the task sooner than they had originally expected. They cleaned up after themselves and our home felt so much cooler immediately after! Now our AC doesn’t have to work as hard! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much for your kindness and attention! We are very happy with the work that was done!

Are you in need of life saving insulation for your home? Look no further than Vezina Industries.
My son is currently remodeling the ranch house for himself & our future daughter in law. With remodeling no one tells you that rats in the country are little SAVAGES!!! The insulation had to be removed due to how incredibly old it was but because Rat pee and you know the other part. When we reached out to find someone to do it fast and professionally, we found Mike.. God send! Within days he had a crew out here to handle the issue and get our house back together. You thought it was just that easy, NO! We also had AC tech out to put in an additional register to help the air flow in the house and while he was supposed to be done at 9:00 am before Mike’s crew came, he was not. Not only did we inconvenience a company who was helping us out within a matter of days, they were so thoughtful and gracious that they went ahead and moved us later in the day and went onto another job. Not a lot of companies would do that, they would typically just reschedule weeks on out, but not them! Whatever your home needs are I highly recommend you contact them. They definitely do more than just insulation. 1000% recommend and will be reaching out to them in the future for windows.
