Excellent software and I am highly recommend to any company that need to record their phone lines. Versadial Call Recording is working perfectly and user friendly too. I was worried for the first time set up because I know nothing about this software but when I called in for support, their tech support picked up (no waiting at all). Their tech support name Timmy, Adam and especially Engineer name Oleg were helping me, teaching me online how to set up, configure and operate to my satisfaction before they hung up the call. We've used Versadial equipment and software since 2012 and it has more than met our expectations for quality and reliability. On the rare instances we needed help we've gotten it quickly. We purchased the VSLogger and Adutante software bundle and installed it on our own server-class hardware. The support staff for Versadial was excellent and remotely installed and configured the solution for us. We did hit a snag in how the CDR was being captured, however the Versadial team overcame this with a software update to the system. The support staff spent time to go over the workings of the systems and we have been capturing calls reliably for the last 60 days or so. The Adutante product is very flexible, a bit overkill for our needs, however makes it easier to share recording and monitoring. Overall I would say the product is solid and the support we have gotten has been excellent.

I work with a Financial Instituion in West Africa, and we had a need for a recording software for my Treasury and Foreign Operations department. This Solution was recommended by a Friend and has satisfied me well, as far as my needs.
Also very exciting for me is the support experience. I have called Versadial for some issues on two occassion and the speed of support was very thrilling. Issues were resolved with great concerns while follow ups were made to ascertain if the issues were really over.
I will recommend this software to however has a need for recording Solution.

Excellent software and a highly responsive sales and support team. When we had internal processes that delayed moving forward, Gene was helpful and patient and was able to get things moving quickly when we were finally ready.
