If your company uses this software, beware!!!
I was employed at a company that used this software. Our software maintenance was due and my employer had me renew it with my company credit card. It was scheduled to be paid quarterly to Hexagon (Vero Software)

The company went out of business in October of that year and my credit card became possession of my employer. My employment was terminated December as it went out of business.
HEXAGON had a debt due to them. They filed a lawsuit against me personally as the office manager who was told to renew the software. They kept mailing the notice to the company address that was closed/out of business and I didn't work there anymore.

Eventually my employer must have found out because it was paid two years later, but before I even knew it existed. I'm now unable to buy a house due an erroneous billing on their behalf which resulted in an erroneous judgment being filed against me. Sloppy accounting and legal work.
