I have never felt more like I've found my home than I have with Valor. I have been able to grow with the company and am excited to see what more growth and surprises the future brings for us. Over the last year and a half, I have learned so much about the day-to-day business and maintaining a familial culture. To know that I'm not just a cog in a machine and that I'm truly valued as an individual, is so heartwarming and allows me to feel like I can really thrive and achieve anything I set my mind to.

Surrounded with good people, managements are very considerate with the people they are working with and even go above and beyond to make sure that all employees are satisfied and happy.
