Condominium complex located behind The Village shopping plaza in Mammoth. Each unit appears to be multistoried with a deck, and privately owned. They offer a private parking lot, onsite laundry, hot tub, and pool...although the last 3 mentioned are all temporarily closed as of now.

Interior age and features will vary per condominium but the one we rented was decent and had been updated at some point.

Being close to The Village is convenient but also noisy at times with rowdy crowds. Also, not sure if it was just our condo but the house made A LOT of settling sounds - lots of loud creaks and popping mainly from the ceiling or roof.

The entire complex is awesome! It was a beautiful place to stay and location was everything!! The reason they get one star is because of the on site manager Eric (if that’s really his name, the beard, gauges and tattoos didn’t really shout out manager) he had a condo above the hot tub. On Friday night we had a few people in the hot tub and at 9pm he looked over his balcony and asked us to be quiet, I politely asked when quiet hours were and he said “10pm” he said he could hear us through his headphones. We turned off the jets and got quieter, thinking he was a guest and we wanted to respect that he might be tired. Saturday night rolls around and 10pm hits and Eric comes out to his balcony again to tell us to get out of the hot tub because it’s 10pm. We are all open to obeying the rules, but we asked him if we could have 15 mins because we had a very long day of off roading and just wanted to relax for a few minutes, we did not have jets on at this point and were whispering so we did not disturb anyone. After about 2 minutes he comes out and tells us “get the fu out” and that we were breaking the law by not leaving the hot tub, we asked to speak to the manger due to how rude he was being, and he said “ I am the fuc** manager” and to get out now before he calls the cops. We got out to obey the rules, but it’s very unfortunate a complex this great has someone with this attitude and lack of professionalism that runs it, he was a very unhappy person to ruin a great trip for a lot of people.

We chose here for the location, it would be hard to beat and stay within reasonable prices (Airbnb) as it's only about a 5-minute walk to the gondola up to canyon Lodge
