Derek and Rey installed our Arc in our family room and beam on our lanai. They both were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They went over the set up and the "how to's" for our new Arc. Michael arrived on time and worked efficiently, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. He was courteous and took great care in setting up our in home network system, he also explained in great detail how the system works.
Michael cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done, and even helped clean up the exterior wiring from a different provider!
