We have had UVeye at our store for about 2 months. It has enhanced the customer experience through transparency and detail. Customers love seeing the pictures of their cars. The trust level has also increased. A success story was last week, a customer said we scratched their wheels. We reviewed all pictures and videos with the customer and instead of being mad, he left apologizing to us for accusing us of something that was already there. Chris Brewer, our rep is top notch communicator. Definitely worthy of the 2024 AUTOMOTIVE NEWS PACE AWARD.

I started working with this company in September 2024 at the Hertz Atlanta Car Rental Center when they install their inspection machines…They provide no coverage or protection for their employees….Only cares about expansion and saving money….UVEYE makes a lot false promises and claims about themselves….Since September I’ve witnessed about 10+ employees get fired from Atlanta site due to UVEYEs negligence and lack of protection for their employees….This is another company that’s focused on making profit at the expense of their workers health and wellbeing…They are not a American friendly business what’s so ever!! Hopefully whoever reads this never goes into business with them….They allow their partnership with Hertz to continue despite having multiple documented complaints about the Hertz staff…Instead of solving the problem they get rid of you!!

I'm not happy with this company. The technology is promising and there are a lot of good employees. I believe they over-sold the capabilities and efficiencies that it can provide in certain climates. I do not casually give poor reviews. Buyer beware. Ensure that their promises and your expectations are part of the contractual agreement.
