店員が客を見て見ぬふりして、レジに買いたいものを持って行ったのに放置されて死ぬほど待たされるので気をつけて下さい。。。
接客いいとか全く思わないからもうここのアーバンは行かないと思いました…
都会のこーゆー系の店舗はスタッフの方が偉いのかな？ハイブランド着てないから足元みて対応されているんだろう…

裾上げのサイズ2.5cmずらされてた。
持ってった仕立て屋さんで再度試着させてもらえたので何とかなったが
色も黒で探してたのに、店内ライトで気づかずよく見たら濃いグレーでイメージと違ってた
他の客に上から目線で接客する店員(坊主頭の)もいました

前から気になってたスウェットを買いました。
試着した際にタグのところがほつれていて気になっていましたが、購入したら自分でやろうかと思っていましたが、男性店員さんが試着中それが気になっていたらしく、会計の際にそこを直して自宅に無料で配送しますと言ってくれました。
若い男性スタッフさんでしたが、そういう細かいところを見てもらってると思うと、素晴らしい観察眼？接客だなぁと感心しました。
気持ちよく買い物できました。

カーディガン試着しようしたとき、ご自由に試着くださいって言われたからその場で羽織ったら、試着時はひと声掛けてくださいと文句タラタラ言われました意味がわかりません。

レディースはもちろん、メンズライン、雑貨類の品揃えがとにかく充実です。オンラインショップで狙っていたものが店頭からバックヤードにひいてしまっていても快く探してだしてくださいます。似合う・似合わないや、コーデのアドバイスがどのスタッフさんも親身に聞いてくださいますし、接客もとても丁寧です。

私は優柔不断な正確なのですが、
懇切丁寧に接客していただき欲しいものが変えました！
品揃えもいいですが、人気商品はすぐサイズが消してしまう模様です。
