As an UPSER myself, this has to be the worst location ever. I had a high priority expected to be delivered as NDA. I understand, the fact I had to change an address. Which I provided the same day, however the scan was done at 4 am the next morning . The staff is very un knowledgeable of the operations.

I truly apologize for anyone who has experienced anything from UPS . I’ve worked for UPS for 5 years . Our motto

If could put o* stars I would my packages are never on time and the customer service lady at the office in forest city can't never help no one and is all late geting to work 10 to 30 minutes and all so the drives 50 % of time take packages to the post off and drops them off if want go to post to get my packages I would have them shipped there .UPS has become a bad delivery service and use to be the best . So said that the going sown hill so much

Shipped something last minute from a work site while here on business. Extremely helpful, courteous, friendly personnel, from the truck duvets to the people helping at the counter. They took their time to assist people, no issues at all, treated everyone fantastic.

The lady at front desk was very rude and she reffer to the customer by their race call me spanic person,she reply(I don't have a package under any spanish name,even know the package was there she did not care to find my packege ups alway deliver to wrong address..this lady should be terminated she refer to the customers not by their name,she call the customers by their race...

I live in Hughes Ar. UPS driver's are always lying like they attempted delivery...this has happen many times as my shippers have chosen UPS..as the carrier..I rate them as not even worthy of a 1 star

I have never had a bad experience with UPS. in fact they've not only always delivered early which is awesome but to do so just because they can is even better. Unlike FedEx who flat out says if they have a 5 to 7 day window they're going to use that 7 day window. Every single driver has always said that to my face. Plus they leave it with a neighbor and my address is clearly showing on my mailbox. UPS has always left my package where I've asked them to. So I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews here. UPS you keep doing what you do best. At least you deliver within the paid for time frame & usually earlier. Please keep up the good work.

The place this UPS is located looked very sketchy! The counter person was awesome though! She dug until she found my package!

Why doesnt this UPS store that takes packages not have a printer to print out labels for returns? Every UPS store that I've been to has the ability to scan your phone and print out a return label. Therefore, the UPS employee can place the label properly and secure it.
