"Just want to give a shout out to the guys at UpRev. We had gotten a tune from them a couple of years back and were very satisfied. Unfortunately there was an update that needed to be done to the ECU to correct a MIL issue. This would cause the tune to be deleted. But The UpRev team took care of us and provided an updated file for the ECU that corrected the MIL issue and still maintained the tune at no cost. Thank you guys"

Just want to give a shout out to the guys at UpRev. We had gotten a tune from them a couple of years back and were very satisfied. Unfortunately there was an update that needed to be done to the ECU to correct a MIL issue.This would cause the tune to be deleted. But The UpRev team took care of us and provided an updated file for the ECU that corrected the MIL issue and still maintain the tune at no cost . Thank you guys !

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Purchased Tune back in Jan 2024 regrettably Map switching did not work so ticket was submitted. I have emailed their support and their CEO/Owner and they have ghosted me with no resolution. SAVE YOUR MONEY and spend it on a company who stands behind their product. These people will just take your money and if you have any trouble forget about it they will not help to resolve your issue in any kind of timely manner. Go with Ecutek they actually have much better juice on their Tunes and stand behind their product with Support.

Impeccable service the guy I believe you spell it Mie maybe but he was the one who has been helping me for the past month, I was having issues with my ecu flashing I sent it to them he helped me specifically and was able to get it working and shipped same day, has been attentive to what needed to be done and very nice. It is my first time using this software and buying from this company and they have been very helpful. I happy to tune with them.

Sent my ECU off, they received and shipped back within 24 hours, really impressed with how quickly my service was completed. I will update my review if there is anything wrong but has been an excellent customer experience so far. Special thanks to Johnny for the quick email response

After working on my ecu they failed to reseal the shell properly. Water was able to get into the ecu causing irreparable damage to the motherboard and damage to the engine.

Completely disappointed. Before the order they told me that have everything in stock. I ordered on the next day and after weeks I called to see why my order is not shipped was told that they are out of cables.
After a month I called them again and they were like A Ok I will ship your order.
After the installation they sent me a 3 maps

m3 valet
for me only one is usable.
No indication on the dash which map you are applying in my case FX35.For a month's I'm trying to reach Tech support by email 😀 no response by the phone they are always on the phone and will call you back 😀 but they don't. Just don't get in my situation.
