I have had to go in several times to complain about my delivery person. She used my flag to prop packages on top of my mail box, and now it's broken. She already broke the slow sign on my box from doing the same thing, and now she opens the mailbox door und sticks packages on top of that, since every thing else is broken. The manager said he would talk to her and it would never happen again, but it's still happening every single time I get a package. Her laziness is astounding. She's supposed to put packages on my porch ?. She has even lied to Amazon, saying she handed me a package when she did not.

This PO is a absolutely horrible. They are too lazy to deliver packages and rather mark them undeliverable as soon as they arrive at their facility. They dont follow delivery instructions. They also lost a credit card and a package of mine. The have the worst delivery drivers too. They don't care who is on the road. I've never in my life seen a PO run the way this one does. You can't complain either because nothing gets done. In addition, the rural carriers drive in the oncoming traffic lanes which is extremely dangerous. I would give them no stars if I could. They definitely don't deserve the 1 star.

Thought that moving to a different state would achieve different results. Nope! Same problem in my last state. I get a notification that my package is delivered, I search all over for it and fine nothing. Can't file a claim because they reject all missing package claims that show delivered status and refuse to do anything about. This is the second time this happened and I've lost money because of it. Worst part, they'll deliver my package correctly when I order it a second time. No wonder USPS is shutting down. Terrible service.

I have written letters to Santa Claus and sent it to this post office using the address 325 S. Santa Claus Lane North Pole, AK 99705. I heard back from Santa in the middle of, or towards the end of December each year, but last Christmas was the first time I never got a reply. I sent him a loaf of my homemade banana bread, a letter and a can of cocoa powder on November 29th, 2023. Please double check if my package was received, and have Santa send me a reply for Christmas 2023. I would also like to double check if I can continue sending letters to Santa Claus each year.

This is the best USPS I’ve ever seen! I have to say most USPS in this county provide slow and poor service according to my experiences. But this one is different! I went there to buy stamps for my postcards. I met super nice staff there and they are patient for answering questions and they stamped “North Pole” in my postcards!

He closed the door on my husband’s face. My husband went in to grab a package and the guy wouldn’t give it to him without the slip so I had to drive to my parents house (where it was delivered). My husband walks up to the front and he closed the door on my husbands face and said “WE’RE CLOSED”rudely. They’re lazy and don’t deliver to the right place and they lie about having it at the office. PACKAGES GO MISSING FREQUENTLY

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. This Post Office is the absolute worst one on this planet! I’m beyond pissed. They never deliver ANY of my packages to my house, despite the fact that I live in an easily accessible neighborhood. They constantly leave my mail and packages in the WRONG mailbox, even though mine is clearly marked! My Amazon packages have gone missing or been stolen because the post office can’t properly deliver them to me. It’s infuriating! They are lazy and incredibly difficult to work with. Thank goodness I only have to live here temporarily because I’m tired of putting up with this nonsense!
