I called on the advice of another realtor to ask if they knew how I could find a real estate appraiser so we could value our property. We understand there is a fee ($1000-3000) and are prepared to pay it, but have not been able to find anyone. The woman accused me of being dishonest because she started trying to get all this info from me like we were listing with them. I repeated I was looking for a professional appraisel and did she know how we could find one. She again started talking about my honesty, so I hung up. Unless you like being treated like dog doo, I would not recommend this company.

I think its who you get, is what kind of service you get in this office. There should be recordings of conversations to keep people liable.
BEWARE OF SHALENE
I got Shalene who I spoke to for
2 1/2 months about the property on Spanish Spur. I moved from Alaska to come to this property. I asked about the snow and the soil on the property. She told me there is barely any snow and if it does snow it would be gone by the end of the day. She told me it would be a good place for my lavender farm and there is a nice lady who would be my nieghbor living in a camper. I was excited thinkinh that this is the place!

So I was confused when I arrived forbour appointment and her broker came in to tell me the information on the property that I had already discussed with Shalene gets a lot of snow and woukd not do well for gardening. Thinking I had the truth about the property already. I didnt understand why the broker was being direct and stern with my confusion that than led to me getting annoyed with the brokers mannerism and harsh tone, that Shalene even said she had but told me that they can speak to me however they want. So I gave a tone right back and boy did they get angry and told me to leave. I asked okay well if you dont like being spoken to that way than why should your client accept it especially in front of the clients kids. Shalene told me they dont have to cater to my feelings but the broker and I came to an understanding to speak to each other with respect.
Shalene ruined everything she lied to me about the property for two months than lied to the broker that she never did that than got defensive and a rude attitude claiming she doesnt care what she previously said, she doesnt owe me anything, she talks to so many people how could she even remember what we talked about.
I pointed out to the broker that Shalene also never emailed more information on the property as she said she would do a few times to me, Ive had to call the office letting them know I couldnt get a hold of her, she said she was going to give me the address of the bussiness so I could put it in maps she never did and I waited 15 minutes before going into realtor.com to find her full name and google it so I could find the office for our appointment. I was telling the broker all this and Shalene just kept saying she doesnt have to do anything for me than got a smart ass tone saying to her broker "I just lured them here" and rolled her eyes.
I told Shalene thats not what Im saying, Im saying she was dishonest and didnt do what she said she would. The broker stood up for her and said Shalene has only lived there for 4 years. My response was than her answers should have been I dont know or have gone to someone who knew. Shalene got upset and asked if I ever heard of google and doing my own research. I told her I did but google doesnt go into depth about these things thats why its best to hear it from locals and the real estate company. Shalene persisted saying she owes me nothing and doesnt need to do anything for me.
My son got upset with how she was speaking to me and told her thats enough and her comeback to my son was leaning in on the table as far as she could staring right into his eyes saying "Excuse me sir you dont talk to me like that." My son is 12, Im a single mom of 2 and we just traveled a week and over 100 hours for this appointment from Alaska. I asked what her problem was and she said she was tired, wants us to leave and wants us to go to a different realtor.

How the heck does this woman get to have a job in real estate thinking shes entitled and to speak to my son at all but especially in an intimidating manner. I find her to be a narccists. Shes dishonest, lacks accountability and any morality towards clients and their children.

JoAnn has no idea about fiduciary duty to her clients nor she gives a damn. She will go behind their backs to help the office buddy. You can not trust such a person let alone a real estate agent.

My daughter who is in a wheelchair applied for a apt from this place, she then told her that she didn't have any credit, my daughter told her to run application anyway, she never did, was supposed to meet her parents on Sunday never did. I guess she just didn't want to rent to a disabled person, meanwhile my daughter is still in hospital with no place to go. I'm told your husband is the only dentist in town, I'd rather drive somewhere else than to go to your hubby if that's the way you both treat people! DO NOT GO HERE.

I was interested in a few homes in town and am a cash buyer I called to Sandy who I knew from the past, she turned me over to the listing agent. The agent left me a message she was out of the office until that afternoon and would call me when she got back. She never did I left 4 messages over a week and never got a call back. Very disappointed. I'm looking for a different reality company.

Had my property listed for 9 or so months now. Not one offer....the price was low, I showed it several times when I had it on craigslist but the amount of calls was a ton so I decided to get an agent. I was working with Jennifer. After all those months of her telling me that people would call but never wanted to see it I had my friend call on it to see if he would get a call back/what they said to him. He never even got a call back. No wonder its not selling....they werent calling back people curious on it.
