This place needs a regroup! Waiting 5 + hours after 3-4 hours to get unloaded, is unacceptable! These drivers are losing their next loads, money, possible down time with family after being in the road for weeks! I was told they have to count everything after unloading, ok,but instead of turning the paperwork in per truck count, they count groups of trucks and turn in stacks of bills at once! That’s so inconsiderate, every driver is in a different schedule! Some drivers have 8 palettes while others have full loads! There needs to seriously be a management meeting to make efficiency a priority so we as drivers can do our jobs too! On a positive note, the people checking in were polite and helpful! (Reason for 2nd ⭐️) I will be avoiding this pace at all costs , if my company sends me a load with this address involved it’s a no!! I hope to see some reviews showing change taking place because this place does a lot of business, you can make e believe they can’t do better!!

If you like to sleep a lot this is the place to deliver to. They let you check in 1 hour early. I checked in at 2am for my 3am appointment and now it’s 12pm and still waiting for bills . Good luck

This is the awesome place to deliver .. they have a overnight parking in the warehouse … they starts checking at gate around 11 pm and starts giving door at 12 am.. you must have safety west to enter in the warehouse.. they have clean restrooms in both checking and overnight parking area

This place has no clue on what they are doing from check in to being out in a door. I have been told 20 different things in regards to my load and what I should and should not do. I get here 3 hours early Sat in the door for 2 wait almost an hour on a green light and finally went inside to find out what's going on. They then proceed to tell me I am being held here over night because they don't have all the product. When asked if I can leave the trailer here they said yes. Then I was told no and it went back and fourth no one could give me a straight answer. This is why as a trucker I will be refusing to come to Cali it's nothing but attitude and lack of organization.

Try to get there close to 2 hours before your appointment. You will be leaving less than 2 hours after your appointment.
All in all best schedule a four-hour window.
