A few months ago, we had a project that involved migrating an old SQL database from a server and we wanted an easy to migrate and user-friendly web based interface for our Medical Records department to look up previous reports from Radiology procedures. We had a couple of calls with UltraRAD and described how we wanted the interface to function. They COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations on not only how quickly they created this but additionally how easy it was to work with them. They were efficient, punctual and knowledgeable on the whole process. In the end, our Medical Records department were thrilled about the final results.

We have been using UltraGateway for over 7 years now and it works great for us. The support that we recieve through UltraRad is stellar as far as I'm concerned. They have assisted us with a few reinstalls to migrate to newer operating systems and the support staff is very knowledgable and great to work with. The money we spend on our service contract is by far the best of all of our service contracts. Very reasonable too!
