Excellent custumer service. I walked in with a couple of questions and the office lady Veronica answered them all and set me up with an appointment for survey and installation. Adam was great, fast, friendly and efficient. He explained everything he was doing, how the equipment works and what to do in case it didn't. He even made sure I was connected to everything I needed. 10/10

I've been using Ukiah Wireless for more than 10 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. My interconnect connection is excellent, even though I'm in a remote area that's difficult to reach. Customer service is outstanding. Problems are extremely rare, but when an outage does happen--usually due to a fire or storm or something beyond their control--they're on top of it immediately, working to get it fixed, which always happens very quickly. They're even proactive about letting customers know the status of repairs. And with all that, the price for service is very reasonable.
Honestly, I couldn't ask for more from an internet service provider.
