What a great experience! Andre and Brandon were patient and kind and worked hard to ensure my things made it from my "old" house to the new one. They took the time to ask where I wanted boxes placed in the new house and really cared about my belongings. It was a great experience all around, I would recommend them without hesitation!

Movers were good. They were quick and friendly. However, they did not put two beds together correctly which caused one to break, of course we didn't realize this until after they left. We should have done a better job of checking to make sure they were set up correctly before they left, so I'll take part of the blame for that. What bothered us the most was that they asked for a tip and requested that the tip to be in cash or Venmo not added on to the bill which was paid via credit card. We felt this was extremely unprofessional.

The team out of Fort Walton from Cam on the initial survey to Zeno, Ty, and Tyrees on the packing, moving, and delivery our high expectations were exceeded. The team was efficient, thoughtful, careful, friendly, and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend them again. Our household (to include two motorcycles) arrived well cared for. Thank you!

They stole for me, ruined a lot, and never called me back. This is my update three years later Need management to call me ASAP as I have made several attempts at getting answers about my drill being taken, my nectar mattress ripped , furniture broken, gentleman did not finish job so I had to rent a uhaul myself and go back and get the rest of the furniture and boxes, items in closets. That’s when I noticed my safe was moved from my bedroom dresser to my daughters empty walk in closet on the floor. Didn’t think that seemed right and instantly had a gut feeling that something was up with that but I don’t ever jump to accusation with anyone. I even said to my husband why would they steal from me I’m sure they didn’t. Weeks after we got unpacked at new place I found where I had my safe key and my deceased grandmothers gold diamond earrings were gone out of the ring box from inside the safe. Now I understand why they were in a hurry to leave my daughters bedroom furniture unmoved and all the sudden they were tired and ready to leave in a hurry. Such a hurry they left hundreds of dollars in packing materials in my old driveway at house they moved me from. They even left all kinds of moving blankets inside the house. And they left one of their tools . They said they would come back the next night and help me finish. And to think I tipped them $100 apiece on top of them being paid over $1100 for the move I spent $50 on lunch at lennys. I gave them a $200 rug a $200 stove and gave one of the guys items for his daughters bedroom. I don’t believe it was that man , I have a feeling it was the other man that was his helper I believe. Tired of waiting on the management to call me back again I need answers now about my grandmothers earrings. I want my drill back and I want my mattress paid for. I’ve been so devastated. I should have known that stupid little safe you can carry with a handle wasn’t a good place for her Jewelry but I didn’t wanna lose any of it during the move. It was the only reason I locked it up. Never in a million years I would’ve thought anybody from a company moving someone would come in and steal from you.

Fantastic experience from the first phone call until our truck was unloaded at our new home. Office staff was quick, courteous, and helped me figure out what services we needed - even giving us the flexibility to have the team help us pack if needed when moving day came. The morning of we got a call from Tayrae when he, Zeno & Jamottre were about an hour out. They arrived on time, were professional, personable & handled all of our possessions gently but efficiently. They finished earlier than expected so our bill was significantly reduced. Will call Two Men & a Truck for all of our moving needs in the future.
