We bought some unhulled Bermuda grass seed blend from the Turner Seed Website, as we had our septic field redone during mid-May and a substantial portion of our yard was in need of being re-seeded.

The extensive knowledge demonstrated on the website helped me become confident in our purchase (especially after reading multiple disappointments from others who purchased seed through standard channels). Now a couple/few months later, the grass looks fantastic (with only moderately diligent watering during the first month of planting).

We could not have realistically expected any better results than we experienced, and we will consider Turner for every future seed purchase we may have. (Shipping was very prompt by the way: only a few business days from order to arrival at our front porch.)

After reviewing seeds and talking to the local deer guru..I settled on purchasing a local Texas company seed product for a fall food plot. Planted the last week of August and by December the deer had practically mowed down all vegetation. Lesson learned...GO BIGGER! I didn't do a soil test before and figured I'd just wing it..added some fertilizer and was good to go. Everytime I've called, they have been super helpful and courteous. Hope to be ordering the spring mix here in a month!
