Purchased one of TukaTech's plotter to see how it would work in preparation for possibly moving to their CAD system. What a mistake. Everyone at Tukatech who I had an experience with is horrible at communicating. Emails go unanswered or take weeks to get a reply, there is no Tech Support on their website to get answers on installation, loading paper rolls,etc. The plotter has sat in production for two weeks and is no closer to getting installed. Once you buy from Tukatech, you are ignored. Definitely will NOT be purhcasing their CAD software.

sir i am using tuka pattern making softwear, its excellent for pattern making. But only poor part of it is not having autosave option in our softwear. please do clear it. thanks
