You responded to me and advice to contact your office. I did and I emailed a team Mr. MM - DL - OP - Accounting Department and Legal Department. They all threating me and put me in collection. They refused to give me receipt of the job they were done.
I sent them proof of my email that I cancelled the service and informed that I used another company for a long time. After two year they decided to send the paper.

I told them I paid in full prior, now they say that payment was for 50% and I owed 50%. This is dishonest, why you did not say it prior. This team is a bunch of bullies, they talk to woman very rudely
Customer first, management cannot be at the same level of regular worker, VP cannot promote bad behavior, and worst than management.
This is a bad experience, and I never bullied in my life. Your company needs to STOP. I will make sure I get help and I will share my story.

I had an agreement with the company to provide a service and I paid in advance since 2020 if I recall.

Now They sent me invoices for service i paid already and they didn't provide. I emailed them the ignore it. It is very difficult to speak to someone. They are dishonest and they are trying to get me in trouble

Why would you send a second report now, when I told your rep I took care it already.

To bad we can't leave negative stars.
Bad Experience, Got their services to help process ACA benefits for my company. Which I do not know anything about. A year later I get a 75k IRS bill and the year after that too and so on. For services that they provided or should of warned me about. As soon as I decided to seek services elsewhere, I'm being charged termination fee. Really? I'm very unsatisfied with their services and on top of that I need to pay to leave them. All they care about is $ and not that they are doing the right thing for you.
