Very disappointed in Shawn's professionalism. After 10 days, I was returned my computer with no ability to connect to the internet. Doesn't comes when he says, doesn't communicate well either (doesn't return calls or text messages) in a timely manner. In the end I need to call someone else to figure out why my computer doesn't connect to the internet.
