My laptop was making no noise and had a completely black screen, Alex was able to fix it no problem within the same day I dropped it off. You know that awful feeling when your computer won't start up? I had 48 hours in Houston during which I'd planned on working online--only the screen was black, even after I waited a few hours. (My computer had begun having problems earlier that week: skipping around on its own on the page and even to different pages.) So I googled computer techs and settled on Top Tech Experts based on the site and the number and quality of the reviews. Alex understood my situation and to my relief agreed to take a look at the computer immediately--Free Diagnostics. Alex explained that since everything's on the memory board with my Dell, I needed to replace the memory board or put the money towards a new computer. Either way required waiting, so Alex showed me a used HP model at a good price, and in an hour had all my data transferred, and I was online once again. Clear explanations, no pressure.

My old HP hit the dirt so I was shopping for a new laptop that I can do my work from and came across these guys. Awesome people. I came in found what I like and it was priced very well. I took it home and found out my audio Jack wouldn’t take connection so I came back the next day and the guy swapped it out For a newer model Lenovo thinkpad. I love the warranty they give and the service they provide. I even bought a monitor from them. I will definitely be telling my friends about this and I’ll be returning! Look for my review on fb.

I came here with a gaming pc I had bought second hand. It worked fine but it needed a nice clean up and I wanted some new parts. Dan was very straightforward with pricing and would give me calls as work progressed with updates.
