Worst CPA service I ever received! I was referred by someone who I value their recommendation. Spoke with Val and the receptionist and they basically gave me the run around the entire time my taxes were supposedly getting done. Never spoke to Tony.. At All! When I finally did speak with Tony I then find out that my taxes were rejected (in November). By me continuously calling and just decided to call the IRS one day. Wow.. I gave them my taxes to file in February and was not able to speak to Tony or get any information on my tax situation all the way until November!! He told he had a personal situation going on and I can understand that.. But this is business. Every time I called I was told Tony was in a meeting. Someone sounds like they were getting taxes done. Just not mines. Or maybe because I am black!! Or maybe not.. And I explained how I needed my taxes to do some other upcoming business when we first met. Horrible Service!!

Tony James was very professional and fairly quick turnaround on tax returns. Reasonable rates and he and his staff work with you to ensure that everything gets included. Just like any tax professional, the sooner you get your paperwork together, the sooner and less frustrating your experience will be.

Tony has done our taxes for over 18 years. Has done an excellent job, and if ag exempt is needed, he works with you on all the cost tracking and history, maintains excellent records for amortized costs, etc..

My ex-husband chose Mr. James to complete our taxes. Quite frankly Turbo Tax with the Max package for audit protection would've been better for us and cheaper too. From the moment you walk into his musty old house office, there isn't a friendly greeting to be had by any person. Not worth the $300 bucks. Pass.
