I'm a security officer in San Antonio TX, one of their cars is staying at a Mattiot I was at tonight. Its in a high crime area and cars get stolen and broke into. The man in his marked tomtom car was sitting in it on his phone for a couple of hours. I texted my supervisor to see what I should do. He asked me to ask him if he's a guest and if he says yes ask to see his room key. I said I'll go check. I went to the car, asked the man who said he's a guest. I asked to see his room key. The man got really mad and showed it to me. I said thank you sir have a good night. All of a sudden the man approaches my vehicle and says he wants to talk to my supervisor. The man is being rude to me and giving me an attitude. I get my supervisor on the phone and the man says I'm rude and harassing him. What a lie. If he doesn't like bring asked then why did you sit in your car for almost three hours. I got his license plate and and I'm calling his supervisor tomorrow. Watch out for these people, they are very rude and lie. He actually harassed me, he walked up to my vehicle in a intimidating manor, he demanded in s rude manor to speak to my supervisor, then he threatened me to my supervisor. I called his company to speak to someone and they referred me to their website. I go to website to talk to someone and you have to create an account just to talk to someone. That I won't do. I guess they let their employees harass and threaten people.
