So I these guys they are very attentive and provide excellent training for their software. They go out of their way to give excellent customer service. (Very rare these days.) I originally went with their take off software and it was easy to learn. After a month of using it I did decide to go with an all inclusive software that tracks my finances time keeping etc all in one place. If you have all those things in place and you are looking for an awesome take off software that has a short learning curve this is the place.

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my subscription to Togal AI software. I only used the software for a single day and quickly realized it would not meet the needs of my work in Heavy Civil Construction estimating. I have not utilized the software since that first day, and I did not receive any support or guidance that addressed my concerns.

I had hoped that Togal AI would align with my specific construction estimating requirements, but after testing it, I found that it did not suit my needs in this field. Given this, I believe I am entitled to a full refund under your company's refund policy.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in processing this request, as I have not received any prior refund despite discontinuing my use of the software. Please let me know if you need any additional information to facilitate this refund.

This company is terrible I have requested demos multiple times! It has been weeks and no one has contacted me. I even called their phone number it just rings and then disconnects terrible!
