SCAM!

You probably received an email from Lawrence Ducatel inviting you to interview with Mrs. Dionna Gilmore THROUGH A MESSAGING APP called Signal. Red flag.

The whole interview was conducted through text with terrible grammar, if my response was delayed I’d get a “?” To see if I was still there. Another red flag.

After passing the interview questions they proceed to tell you that you need equipment but “don’t worry” they will send you a check by mail so you can purchase from an approved vendor. At this point I just wanted to see if they’ll send a check lol.

They did! It was from a bank in Nebraska but in the background you can clearly see the words void all across in tiny dots.

So unfortunate that people are trying to take
Money from those who are looking for a job to make money!

This company "says" I was hired and sent me a 6,900.00 check to "purchase my equipment". When my bank wouldn't deposit it, I knew something wasn't right! I don't want to believe that they're a scam.

They *also* tried to scam me. If a potential employer does odd things, like make you interview through an odd messaging app, offers slightly too much money to be true, and asks odd questions or does things in an odd way, it's probably a scam. Trust your Gut.

They just tried to scam me. I kept saying “why is this company asking which bank I work with”, I’ve worked many places and not one asked about who I bank with. I’m so glad I did my research on this because it just was adding up

For almost 4 yrs but the people who are contacting everyone is contacting you guys about that ARE SCAMMERS out of India..Sam Cobbs is the real owner and CEO of this business u contact him thru LinkedIn or type his name and he's African American male and he will never asked you for any money to purchase equipment look him up he's legit and he is honest about his work and dedication to all his employees who work for him
